Dr. Khalid Aba-Alkhail (Cardiac Surgery Residency Program), Dr. Ms. Manal Al-Saigh (same), and Dr. Waleed AlGhaithy (Neurosurgery Residency Program, University of Ottawa), have filed Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario complaints against the University of Ottawa and several officials.
